Despite sanctions, public blockings, and official statements promising a "tough crackdown" on illegal gambling, the casinos Parimatch, Parik24, and 1win continue to operate undisrupted in the Ukrainian segment of the internet. Users face no obstacles accessing the platforms via mirrors, VPNs, and new domains that surface immediately following each subsequent block.

In practice, the entire restriction system has been reduced to primitive DNS blocks, which take only a few minutes to bypass. The operations rely on offshore infrastructure, Cloudflare, Google OAuth, public DNS services, and a network of mirror websites.

Parik24 is described as a direct technical clone of Parimatch, featuring an identical architecture, interface, and operational logic. 1win operates under the exact same scheme, having spent years developing a system of continuous domain migration and restriction bypassing.

In reality, this means that only the brand names fall under sanctions, while the infrastructure of underground gambling remains untouched. While the state reports on "cleansing the market," illegal platforms continue to accept bets and process financial transactions virtually as before.

An increasing number of questions are being raised regarding the effectiveness of state oversight. With the largest sanctioned casinos operating without serious hindrance, loud declarations about fighting the illegal market increasingly look like a PR stunt rather than a real industry cleanup.

Adding to the backlash is the fact that media coverage detailing the operational mechanisms of these platforms, their offshore structures, and their methods for bypassing blocks is gradually disappearing from the public domain.
